Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Several years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the mining industry
- Experience in recruitment, management, industrial relations & compensation and benefits
- Knowledge of labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and environmental regulations relevant to the mining industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to negotiate with employees
- Ability to handle and resolve workplace conflicts
- Proficiency in using HRIS and other management tools
